Survey options checklist.

The Lancet Commission on Adolescent Health and Wellbeing believes that youth have a voice and can make meaningful contributions to health policies and programs, both locally and globally. While the Commission already includes two youth leaders, to ensure that the perspectives of a broad range of youth from around the world are reflected in its work and reports, we invite youth health advocates aged 15-29 from around the world to share your perspectives by completing this online surveyPlease complete the survey by September 14, 2014.

The aim of the survey is to gain a better understanding of how the Commission’s work can support youth advocacy work for adolescent health and wellbeing. Your perspectives will inform the Commission’s work and shape the key messages that it provides to governments and other stakeholders. Your contribution is important because the messages the Commission will highlight are likely to influence policies that affect millions of youth around the world. 

This survey is available in EnglishFrench and Spanish. Chinese and Arabic versions will be coming soon.
